Weddings

We congratulate you on joining in the sacred covenant of Christian marriage.

Your wedding should be an occasion you will never forget as beautiful, meaningful, and full of reverence and dignity. Our sanctuary and chapel were thoughtfully and prayerfully built, and we endeavor to use them reverently. We at First United Methodist Church are committed to helping make your day that kind of occasion as it becomes our privilege to assist you in planning your wedding service. Because you are asking to be married at First United Methodist Church, your marriage service will follow the church's traditions and be planned in consultation with the presiding wedding coordinator.

Most weddings at First Church are held in the sanctuary. The sanctuary seats approximately 650 guests. For small, intimate weddings, a Chapel is also an option.

For further information, download our policies and procedures guide. When you have picked a date, please download the planning form and return it to the church office. Upon approval, a wedding coordinator will contact you.
