A pastoral message from Bishop Plambeck as we face flooding

Storms dumped huge amounts of rain from Thursday through Saturday, with as much as 18 inches falling in some areas, according to the National Weather Service. People across Minnesota, North and South Dakota, are dealing with impact of flooding. Bishop Lanette Plambeck invites people to be in connection with Christ and each other as we deal with the devastation.
