Sioux Falls First United Methodist Church Ringing Choir
The handbell choir is an elite group of musicians that performs on the second Sunday of each month during our season. The goal of our Ringing Choir is to help you experience the joy of music and praise of God through sharing handbell and handchime music.
We have 13 adventurous Ringers playing a range of bells and chimes spanning 5+ octaves and perform music ranging from traditional sacred hymns to modern bell arrangements. Our bells can either be rung alone or some even ring four-in-hand!
The Bell Choir meets every Thursday evening in the choir room from 5:30 - 6:30 PM. Our season begins on the last Thursday in August and runs until the Thursday before Memorial Day.
Right now, our Ringing Choir is maxed out! If you are interested in becoming a bell ringer in the future or would like to be put on our sub list, please email the Music Director.
