It’s almost the big Turkey Dinner Day.  This year we are To Go only.  Here’s how things will work on Sunday (to help answer any questions you may face).

Turkey Dinner will be available to go from 10:45am-1pm. 

How will I get my dinner? 

Park in the East parking lot (the big lot in front of the church).  A youth will come to your vehicle and ask you how many dinners you need.  They will collect your tickets if you have them, or just ask your name so we can check you off the list from online sales.  They will then put a post-it note on your window with the number of meals.  The youth will go in, get that number of meals and bring them out to you.  All you’re left to do is enjoy! 

Can I make any special requests? 

The only “special” request that we will be able to accommodate is “gravy or no gravy.”  In case there is concern, the cranberries will be in a separate small container.

What if I’m already in the building for worship?  Can I just grab mine on the way out? 

No.  We really need you to go out to your car and wait for a youth to get your number of meals from you and bring them out to you,  We do not want to have lines forming anywhere to keep social distancing.  Thanks for understanding.

Can I buy tickets on Sunday morning? 

Yes, but we’d highly encourage you to get them ahead of time so we can get the most accurate count to Tony’s Catering as possible. 

Other details/info-

I will have a master list of names of people that purchased online.  If they don’t have anything printed out, we can just check their name off the list. 

The meal will be served out of the Wesley Dining Hall- 2 serving lines set up with adults serving the food into the to-go containers.  The will be wearing masks and gloves.  The only people downstairs are those that are helping facilitate the To Go Turkey Dinner. 

Youth will be the order taker/food runners (primarily).  They will be wearing masks.
