Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ!

Thank you for tuning in to hear more about my adventures attending General Conference!

General Conference is a worldwide gathering of United Methodists that takes place every four years. United Methodists from around the world, including Africa, the Philippines, Europe, the United States, and more, gather to make decisions on behalf of our denomination. This General Conference is taking place in Charlotte, North Carolina, from April 23 to May 3. To learn more about how General Conference works, please watch this short video.

The Dakotas Conference is sending four delegates: Rev. Rebecca Trefz, Rev. Sara Nelson, Kara Heagel, and Beata Ferris to this General Conference. All delegates were elected to serve in 2019. I was elected to serve as the Clergy Reserve Delegate for this General Conference. It is both a privilege and a responsibility to attend the General Conference on behalf of the Dakotas Conference. Please pray for the General Conference and for our delegation team.
