Many of us are tired. Our culture encourages busyness, but being busy leaves many of us feeling burnt out, depleted, and really tired. Feeling really tired is a spiritual problem that requires a spiritual solution. Thankfully, God knew that “human beings” would tend to become “human doings”, so God gave us a gift. The gift of Sabbath. The gift of rest. In this three-week sermon series, we will explore the gift of the Sabbath together to discover how observing the Sabbath in real, practical ways can help us experience the abundant life that God created us for so that we can find true rest in a restless world.
